His expertise spans customer services, recruitment, cross-selling, sales, and marketing. Sanjeev has served as the Marketing and Sales Head for two start-ups, driving proven business growth and contributing to process reengineering teams focused on operational improvements.

With experience in both Indian and multinational banks, Sanjeev now serves as the Business Head at Finance House Bharat, where he leads the firm's strategic initiatives and drives growth in the financial services sector.

Somraj holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Bangalore University and brings over 20 years of experience in the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) sector. His expertise encompasses customer service, cross-selling, sales, and marketing. Somraj has led marketing and sales efforts both in India and internationally, driving significant business growth.

His passion for sales and deep understanding of the industry has earned him a reputation as one of the most successful businessmen in the BFSI sector. As the Founder and Managing Partner of *Finance House Bharat*, Somraj is dedicated to steering the company towards continued success and innovation.

Harini holds a B.Ed. degree and brings a diverse background with over 18 years of experience. She began her career as a teacher at an International School, followed by 10+ years in the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) industry. In the BFSI sector, Harini has worked across various verticals, including customer service, coaching and mentoring new joiners, quality management, and as a Stock Market expert.

Currently, Harini is one of the founding partners at Finance House Bharat, where she leverages her extensive experience to drive business growth and innovation. With her multifaceted expertise, Harini plays a crucial role in shaping the strategic direction of the company.
